Classic CE with Semi-Hollow design
Combining the attack and sustain of a bolt-on neck guitar with the open resonance of a semi-hollow body, the CE 24 Semi-Hollow is a truly unique addition to the PRS Bolt-On line. The body combines a traditional combination of mahogany and maple top with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. The neck features a "Pattern Thin" profile and satin nitro lacquer finish for a natural, immersive feel. The electronics consist of a volume control and a push-pull tone control with a 3-position toggle, giving a total of six classic PRS 85/15 pickup sounds.
The original CE was introduced in 1988 and offered musicians the design and quality of PRS with the added sparkle of traditional bolt-on guitars.
