The AT-LP5X features a J-shaped tonearm that draws inspiration from the classic AT models of the 1960s and 70s.

The tonearm also includes an adjustable counterweight and anti-skating control, equipped with a lightweight (9.3g) AT-HS6 head and a black AT-VM95E Dual Moving Magnet stereo cartridge.

First setup:

Setup will not be difficult. After unpacking, all you have to do is put the support disk in place, attach the pickup holder (the cartridge itself is already installed) and set the pressure weight to the recommended 2.0 grams, as well as a similar amount of anti-skating. The whole process will take about five minutes.

The body is made of strong plastic.

The model is made of anti-vibration materials with metal inserts in the chassis - designed to limit low-frequency acoustic feedback.

The player is more suitable for home listening. The model has a single control knob, all positions of which are signed - "33", "45", "78" icon "ON". and "STOP". 

The direct drive motor with quartz stabilization works quietly and quickly brings the aluminum support disc to the desired speed.
