At the moment, the 7.1-channel Arcam AVR30 is the most powerful model in the updated series of Arcam AV receivers. The device supports Dolby Atmos 3D sound format (5.1.2-channel configuration), but can also work in 7.1.4-channel mode with additional equipment.

The power supply unit of the receiver is equipped with a large toroidal transformer. The amplifier stages work in the G-class, which is more efficient in relation to the AB class, as it uses a controlled power source. 7 x 100 W (8 Ohm) power is provided. Automatic speaker calibration is handled by the Dirac Live system, which allows you to perform the most accurate settings thanks to the use of computer software.

The Arcam AVR30 has 7 HDMI inputs and 3 outputs of the latest generation (version 2.0a). HDCP 2.2 technology is supported, which allows you to play copy-protected Ultra HD video content. One of the HDMI ports supports the MHL function for streaming high-definition video from mobile devices. The device has 7.2.4-channel Pre Out, as well as a sufficient number of line and digital inputs. There is a USB input for playing audio from external drives (rechargeable). There are trigger connectors, IR sockets, RS-232 interface, etc. Seven pairs of screw terminals are used to connect speakers.
