Classic Bolt-On design with its own unique sound
Since the birth of rock and roll, the attack and response of the bolt-on guitar has been an integral part of the mix. These attributes, in turn, have become important to many guitarists trying to tell their story through music. The CE 24 combines the traditional PRS combination of a mahogany body and maple top with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. The neck has a Pattern Thin profile and has a satin nitro lacquer finish for a natural, immersive feel. To further enhance the natural sound and clarity, the CE 24 is equipped with PRS 85/15 pickups, which Paul designed to create incredible clarity, as well as extended high and low frequency range. The electronics consist of a volume control and a push-pull tone control with a three-position switch, which in general allow you to get six classic sounds.
The original CE was introduced in 1988 and offered musicians the design and quality of PRS with the added flare of traditional bolt-on guitars.
