The multi-scale neck (25.0”–25.5”), crafted from burnt maple and walnut, enhances resonance and durability, while Fishman® Fluence Open Core Modern humbuckers deliver powerful, accurate tones across a variety of genres.

American basswood body

The American basswood body provides the perfect warmth and fullness. In addition, basswood provides a lighter weight and a balanced, full and sweet tone with a bright character. Combined with the punchy character of the burnt maple neck, these tonal qualities contribute to the guitar's versatile sound, making it ideal for a wide range of styles and genres.

The new Fishman® Fluence Open Core Modern humbuckers on the X700 Mutility II deliver powerful, precise tones that are suitable for any genre. These pickups feature black nickel-plated blades that deliver exceptional clarity and dynamic range, allowing you to explore a wide range of sonic possibilities. A single master volume knob controls the overall output, while a push/pull tone knob combined with an upgraded 5-way selector switch gives players a variety of tones suitable for virtually any musical endeavor.

Hardtail bridge with saddles

A bridge with individual saddles for each string with through-body mounting provides increased sustain and string separation for improved articulation and accurate intonation.

Roasted maple fingerboard

The 15.75" radius roasted maple neck is equipped with 24 stainless steel frets. This maple undergoes high-temperature treatment in a special oxygen-free oven, where the wood stabilizes and acquires a golden-brown hue.

GraphTech Black TUSQ top nut
