A time-tested combination of wood species

The body of the G250 SE model is made of American basswood, the neck is made of roasted maple. This classic and time-tested combination of woods provides a balanced and rich sound with a powerful, emphasized midrange from the basswood body and a bright, fast attack from the maple neck.

Two Point Tremolo

In order to guarantee stable tuning and smooth operation, the G250 SE model is equipped with a quality twin-screw tremolo. Manufactured with high precision and attention to every detail, this tremolo system features a stainless steel base plate, a smooth lever fit (forget boring screwing in!), ergonomic steel saddles, and guarantees precise performance gig after gig.

Universal combination of pickups

The Cort G250 SE features two singles and one humbucker specifically designed for this guitar. The VTS63 singles offer a classic vintage sound with warm tones and clear highs, ideal for clean or slightly overdriven sounds. On the other hand, the VTH59 humbucker delivers a powerful punch with strong mids and highs, making it ideal for distortion and soloing. But with the push-pull tone knob, you can convert this humbucker into a single-coil pickup for added tonal versatility.

Ergonomic heel and matte fingerboard varnish

Unlike the square neck-to-body mounting common on many electric guitars, the fifth fret of the G250 SE has a rounded profile and reduced thickness. Thanks to this, access to the upper frets has become much easier. And the matte cover of the neck increases the comfort of playing, especially during long performances and performing fast passages.
