Electro-acoustic guitar CORT GA5F-BW (Natural Satin)
The Grand Regal series of acoustic guitars features the popular Grand Auditorium body shape, which is smaller than the usual dreadnought but larger than concert and parlor guitar models. The increased length of the zero cut to 45 mm makes it easier to perform. Thanks to the balanced sound, attractive appearance and built-in pickup, Grand Regal instruments will definitely be an excellent choice for any guitarist.
The GA5F-BW features a solid cedar top with an ebony back and neck, a Fishman Presys 3-band EQ, tuner and phase control for sonic flexibility as well as convenience for a variety of playing situations when amplification is required.
Solid red cedar top
Compared to spruce, cedar sounds a little softer and warmer. The mids are slightly accentuated with sweeter highs, making the cedar ideal for players who play a lot with their fingers and prefer a slightly rounder and fuller sound.
Auditorium cut-out design
The Grand Regal body has an Auditorium shape, which is a cross between the massive dimensions of the Dreadnought and the miniature Grand Concert guitars. This makes the GA5F suitable for any technique, from strumming to finger percussion, and is an excellent choice for the musician looking for a single guitar that can cover many musical styles.
Fishman Presys pickup and timbre block
The Fishman Presys preamp is equipped with a 3-band equalizer, a precise chromatic tuner with LED display and a phase inverter. Thanks to the excellent sound and flexibility of settings, Fishman Presys allows you to fully convey the natural timbre of the instrument.
Ebony bridge pins
The high strength of black wood allows you to preserve the density and compactness of the acoustic sound, improving the transmission of string vibrations to the body of the instrument. The exclusive Cort string holder with a concave surface significantly improves sustain, thanks to the optimal bending angle of the strings, while reducing their tension for comfort during playing.
The width of the upper edge is 45 mm
The width of the upper fret of 45 mm allows you to increase the distance between the strings, which is preferred by many fingerstyle performers.
Blackwood bottom and fretboard
Blackwood is a combination of low and mid frequencies of mahogany, brightness of maple and rich shades of rosewood. This versatility makes this wood great for both fingering and chording, and pairs perfectly with a cedar top.
