The Surfliner's lightweight body is made from poplar, and the asymmetric shape with an offset waist provides unparalleled comfort when playing both sitting and standing. The 23-fret ergonomic maple neck has a matte finish and provides fantastic playability regardless of the musical genre.

The Guild HB-2 pickups not only have a unique humbucker look - they also have a unique humbucker tone. These pickups are a nod to vintage Guild era humbuckers, with a more detailed sound that is more treble oriented than a typical humbucker.
