The first multi-gauge 8-string electric guitar from Cort, the new KX508MS ​​model is equipped with high-quality Fishman® Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups, which provide a variety of tones for the modern rock guitarist. Fishman® Fluence pickups take the best aspects in terms of sound and feel from both the active and passive "worlds" of pickups. Whether it's hard, modern metal distortion or a soft clean vintage tone, Fluence Modern offers versatility and great sound.

The impressive poplar cap top and selected swamp ash body not only look charming, but also perfectly complement each other timbranally. Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups

Push-pull potentiometers provide a switch between the tone characteristics of the pickups: Fishman's Voice1 reproduces the style of a modern active humbucker with high output power, while Voice2 has a "passive" organic tone with increased vintage dynamics and response, while maintaining high output power.

Custom Hardtail saddles

The original fixed bridge on the KX508MS ​​consists of 8 separate saddles located at an angle. This makes it easy to adjust the scale and pitch of each string individually, and improves intelligibility and articulation even when playing chords. The construction of "strings through the body" significantly improves resonance and richness of sound.
