Electric guitar CORT G260CS (3 Tone Sunburst)
G Series electric guitars are the logical evolution of vintage instruments that have become true classics. This collection of two-cutaway guitars offers a very wide selection of instruments to fully satisfy the needs of any guitarist.
Alder body
Alder is one of the most popular types of wood used for making electric guitars due to its light weight, smooth texture and balanced clean sound with a rich midrange. The bright and juicy sound of the instrument with an alder body will not leave any guitarist indifferent.
Tremolo Cort 2 point
Cort 2 Point Tremolo is a variation of the classic tremolo on two screws. A base plate made of strong steel, lightweight steel saddles and wide adjustment options are far from the full list of its advantages. And the most important thing is accurate and smooth work and many years of service.
Cort Voiced Tone pickups
The Cort company takes guitar sound very seriously. With many years of experience building millions of great instruments and pickups for them, Cort's experts were able to create the Voiced Tone Series pickups. The main advantage of these pickups is that they are ideal for Cort electric guitars, as they were designed specifically for them.
The VTH-59 humbucker is a classic vintage pickup equipped with an Alnico II magnet for a soft and organic sound like the legendary PAF model.
The Voiced Tone VTS-63 singles have a typical glass "Strat" sound and are characterized by an excellent attack. Unlike many inexpensive singles, which have a large ceramic magnet glued to conventional (non-magnetized) steel cores, the VTS-63s are equipped with cores cast from Alnico V metal, resulting in a classic vintage tone with excellent balance on each string.
Ergonomic heel and matte fingerboard varnish
Unlike the square neck-to-body mounting common on many other electric guitars, the fifth fret of the G260 has a rounded profile and reduced thickness. Thanks to this, access to the upper frets has become much easier. And the matte cover of the neck increases comfort when playing, especially during long performances and performing fast passages.
Roasted maple neck with Pau Ferro inlay
The neck of the G260 Classic is made of selected maple, which has undergone special heat treatment. Thanks to this, it was possible not only to significantly improve the stability of the neck, but also to add even greater brightness and "bite" to the sound of the instrument. The fretboard is made of Brazilian ironwood Pau Ferro, which is very similar to rosewood, but differs from it in greater strength and a slightly lighter shade.
