Body with internal cavities and special acoustic design

Revstar Professional guitars feature an internal cavity body designed to shape tone and reduce weight, as well as carbon inserts in the body and neck area to improve vibration transmission.

5-position switch

Positions 2 and 4 slightly delay the opposite pickup's signal for a subtle phase shift that offers a new take on classic "in-between" sounds.

Focus Switch

The push/pull tone control activates a passive boost with an effect similar to high-impedance pickups - darker highs, stronger mids and lows, and an aggressive character.

Selection of pickups

The RSP20 and RSP20X feature humbuckers, while the RSP02T offers P90-style singles. All pickups are specially designed by Yamaha and use Alnico V magnets for powerful sound.

INITIAL RESPONSE ACCELERATION

Yamaha uses the I.R.A. in this model. This process applies certain vibrations to relieve the tension between the instrument's components, resulting in a new guitar with a played sound and feel.
