It is styled in a classic strat-style shape. The body of the guitar is made of poplar, and its neck is bolt-on and made of roasted maple combined with a matte finish. Roasted maple is an impressive feature of this guitar, as it helps maximize the stability of the instrument and prevents the neck from warping. Both of these types of wood contribute to the MSC11 Pro's resonant tone, which can be adjusted using a 5-way pickup switch to suit different musical styles, two tone knobs, and a volume control.

To ensure ease and comfort during playing, the neck has been given a time-tested C profile, and chrome-plated MTN-1 closed-type pegs reliably hold the tuning. The maple neck not only looks great, but also adds crystal brightness to the sound of the instrument.
